Please contact Customer Service if you have a payment issue.

Sometimes when a checkout process is incomplete, a payment will be reserved initially and cancelled due to an incomplete checkout. If you believe you have been charged twice for the same order, please check your bank statement and order confirmation emails.

To investigate, we will need:

  • Your order number
  • A screenshot of the duplicate charge
