Whether you need a zip fixed, a tear repaired, or a waxed cotton jacket cleaned and rewaxed, you can use our online repair portal to seamlessly arrange care and repair services for your Belstaff products. Every repair and rewaxing is handled by our trusted partner ACS.
For items purchased directly from Belstaff within the past 24 months (12 months for accessories), please bring your item, along with proof of purchase, to any of our stores and the team will be happy to assess your item and determine if it qualifies for a repair under warranty or an exchange.
Should your item have been purchased from one of our official stockists, we would advise that you reach out to them in the first instance. If deemed necessary, they will make arrangements with the relevant team at Belstaff to resolve the issue.
