Returns from the UK

Returns Policy

We hope that you are happy with your recent order but if your purchase isn't suitable, you have 30 days to return your order from the day it's shipped.

Our free return service covers most destinations, however in some countries we only offer a self-post returns service — postage and relevant tax and duty charges will be applied.

Items must be returned with tags intact and in the original packaging. Products that have been worn, used or altered will not be accepted. If your item arrived faulty, please contact us before proceeding with your return.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for any customised or made-to-order products.

Whether you print your own shipping label or have it printed at your drop off point, be sure to attach it securely. Every parcel must have its own shipping label that matches the items inside, so please create separate labels for separate parcels.

Please note that items purchased in our stores are not eligible for return via belstaff.com/uk.

Items purchased on belstaff.com can be both returned and exchanged at any of our full-price stores, which excludes outlets.


How to Return

Our returns process is quick and easy. To process your return please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions.

Once we've received your items, please allow our fulfilment centre 14 working days to process your return and issue a refund. Please note that after processing at our warehouse, refunds can take up to 5–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or original method of payment.

Returns are grouped at local hubs and then sent in groups to the central warehouse. Although the tracking of your return with the carrier may advise that it has been delivered, this means that it has arrived at the local hub, not the warehouse. The return will still have a final journey back to the returns warehouse as part of a grouped shipment.

The duration between when an order is collected by the carrier and when it is received in the warehouse varies depending on your location. Please contact customer service if the tracking status of your return is not showing as "Delivered to Retailer" 20 business days after the date that the parcel was "Received by Carrier".

Once your order is delivered to the warehouse, the returns team will process the return as soon as possible. You will receive a notification by email as soon as the refund has been completed. If it has not been processed 14 business days after the status is "Delivered to Retailer", please contact customer service.

During busy times returns may take longer than stated. We apologise for this and will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.
